Our Story

Mrs. Perpetua Takudzwa Anesu Mamvura is a young, ambitious visionary leader and a dedicated advocate for community development and social justice. Her journey began at an early age, driven by a profound passion for uplifting her community. Actively involved in various community programs throughout her youth, Ms. Mamvura’s commitment to making a difference was evident from the start.

Titume Consultancy, founded by Ms. Mamvura, is inspired by the biblical verse Matthew 28:19-20: “Go ye therefore and make disciples of all nations. Teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.” The name “Titume” is derived from the Shona language, meaning “Send us.” This consultancy embodies the values of purpose over profit, aiming to empower and transform the lives of the poor, orphaned, vulnerable children, homeless people, refugees, and all those in need.

Ms. Mamvura founded the Mukai Children of Hope club at 16 to support vulnerable children, demonstrating her commitment to social justice. She later became a community ambassador for Youth Advocates Zimbabwe.

Before & During Covid-19 era

She led community health services in the Western Cape, creating programs for underserved populations and helping establish a wellness clinic for the homeless. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she raised vaccination awareness in Fisantekraal and Klipheuwel, which led to her promotion as Project Lead at Tygerberg Hospice

Currently

She is now a respected advocate for Community Oriented Primary Care, focused on improving health outcomes for marginalized communities.

“A healthy individual is the cornerstone of a thriving community. When we prioritize health and wellness, we unlock the potential for sustainable economic, social, and environmental growth. Let us remember that the well-being of each person is the foundation upon which we build a brighter future for all.”
